Both sides of the hiring table.
One bridge.

Job seekers rehearse a live voice interview generated from their own CV — with the same AI interviewer HR uses to screen and shortlist candidates. One CV in: scored job matches, a tailored ATS résumé, and a rehearsal that ends in written feedback.

Prepare

For job seekers

  • Jobs scraped from LinkedIn, Indeed, Google and Bayt — each scored 0–100 against your CV, with the reason why.
  • An ATS résumé tailored per job in a live editor — nothing exports until you've reviewed it.
  • A real-time voice interview built from your CV and the target job, ending in a written readiness score.
  • GitHub and LinkedIn profile reviews, plus an on-camera composure check.

From CV to confident

The job-seeker pipeline is one CV upload, then four moves — in this order, because each step feeds the next.

  1. Submit your CV once Parsed completely — every project and certification, not a summary of them. It powers everything below.
  2. Discover and score jobs Openings from four job boards, each scored 0–100 against your actual skills, with the reasoning attached.
  3. Tailor the résumé A per-job ATS version in a live editor with PDF preview. AI drafts the headline, summary and skills; you approve every word.
  4. Rehearse the interview A live voice conversation — 6–8 questions generated from your CV and the job — with written feedback and a readiness score at the end.

From folder to shortlist

The HR pipeline turns a pile of CVs into interviews — screened, ranked and invited without leaving the dashboard.

  1. Post the role Title and description — the yardstick every CV is measured against.
  2. Ingest the CVs Point at a Drive folder. Each CV is parsed, scored and ranked; only candidates above your threshold make the shortlist.
  3. Tune the questions Generated per candidate at a difficulty matched to their CV. Add emphasis areas; edit anything.
  4. Send the invite Candidates get a personal link to their AI interview — no account, no scheduling.

The interview HR sends is the interview seekers rehearse. That's the bridge — practice on one side is preparation for the other.
